Poochie was created with fun and flexibility at its core - that’s why our cancellations are free up until 48 hours before a booking. When you hit the 48 hour window, owners must honour any booking fees within the following 48 hours. Please be as considerate as possible to your dog-owners / dog-sitters, providing as much notice as possible.
If a dog-sitter cancels at the last minute, please contact lauren@poochiedogsitting.com and we will do everything in our power to find you an alternative sitter.
